Nur Munjerin Rimjhim’s Fantasia Dhaka
constructs a surreal mandala of urban memory,
centering the iconic Trivu sculpture from
Charukala within a radial fan of riverboats. From
this cultural nucleus radiates Dhaka’s
architectural heritage, featuring the grand dome
of Curzon Hall alongside historic arches and
domes.

Executed in dense, meticulous ink work, the
entire assemblage floats against a swirling,
atmospheric backdrop. The drawing lifts the
city's physical landmarks from the earth,
transforming them into a weightless, spinning
cosmos of history and identity.
